Rahul's kite

Rahul loved kites. Every year before Makar Sankranti, he and his grandfather made kites together. They cut coloured paper, stuck it on thin bamboo sticks and tied long strings. On the day of the festival, the sky was full of kites of every colour. Rahul's red kite flew high above the houses. Suddenly, another kite cut his string, and his kite floated away. Rahul felt sad, but his grandfather smiled and said, 'Let's make another one together.' That evening, they made a new kite, and Rahul felt happy again.
